Interested in checking into the other commercial contractors….? So was I – let me help save you some time. I went to several commercial contractors with the general idea of an office space, I was given very little time, and given even less constructive information on how to make this a reality.
Thankfully I was put in contact with Chad Lindler of Chapin Commercial Construction – completely different experience. I could write a novel about how much Chad did to help me figure this out, he was unbelievably giving of his time and knowledge to help me understand what I needed to do. I spent hours on the phone and in email discussion with Chad helping me get the pieces together for this build. At that time I had no obligation to utilize his company, and I had not paid him anything.
Ultimately, Chapin Commercial Construction (CCC) did a design build from the ground up for us. Throughout the entire build Chad and his team were in constant contact with us, often answering questions before we had a chance to ask it. If I emailed, called, or sent him a text – he was always great about getting back to me in a timely manner. If I needed something done, or a document for records – it was always handled quickly. His wife was amazing with communication as well – always transparent about where we were in the build, and if I had any questions, she always had the answer.
The budget projections we had laid out in the beginning were met perfectly. If we had anything that came in under our projected budget, they let us know and credited that towards our build.
Hoping to complete your build on time…? CCC did better than that, we finished earlier than we had projected – and communication was clear throughout so I knew exactly where we stood.
I get compliments daily from people about how beautiful the office space looks, both interior and exterior. CCC exceeded our expectation.
Summary: Fantastic communication, honest and transparent, reliable and timely, genuinely care about the project and the people they are building it for, understands financial parameters and stays within budget. Good people who understand the importance of the human element in the process of conducting business. Honestly feel like I gained a friend through this process and I’m grateful to have the opportunity to work with CCC.
If you don’t give Chapin Commercial Construction the opportunity to at least have a discussion with you about your project, you are selling yourself short.
