Meet the Team

Chad Lindler

Founder/President

Chad and Carolina Lindler

Chad and his wife, Caroline, founded this business to fill the need for reliable and accountable construction teams in South Carolina. He has a passion for helping business owners conceptualize and create spaces that showcase their services and products in a way that is aesthetically pleasing and, most importantly, very functional.

From an early age, Chad has enjoyed hands-on work; especially working outside on projects with his brother, uncles, father, and grandfather. He had various part-time jobs during his teenage years including yard maintenance, tractor work, exterminating, installing shelving in schools, and even working with an arborist.

During his tenure at Clemson University, Chad interned with several local commercial construction companies, working in the summers as well as on weekends and during breaks. Upon graduating from Clemson in 2004, he entered the commercial construction workforce and began by working in the field with laborers, carpenters, steel erection crews, site superintendents, and other tradesmen which provided a vast amount of experience and knowledge that cannot be gained while working behind a desk.   From there, Chad began estimating, bidding and managing projects and has been doing so for over two decades, Chad’s commercial construction experience is broad based and includes industrial, retail, restaurants, auto dealerships, offices, religious facilities and medical facilities.

When the Lindlers are not working diligently at the office, you can find them farming, hunting, fishing, working on projects around the farm, or actively participating in their church as property team leader at St. Jacob’s Lutheran Church in Chapin.
