Chapin Commercial Construction is a family-owned and operated licensed general contracting company with more than 20 years of experience in the building industry. The company, located in Chapin, South Carolina, specializes in commercial construction services across a wide range of industries throughout South Carolina, North Carolina and Tennessee.

Meet the Team

Husband-and-wife-duo Chad and Caroline Lindler founded Chapin Commercial Construction to provide reliable and accountable construction teams in South Carolina.

Chad Lindler

FOUNDER + PRESIDENT

After graduating from Clemson University, Chad entered the commercial construction workforce, gaining hands-on experience alongside laborers, carpenters, steel erection crews, site superintendents and other tradesmen. This fieldwork provided Chad with a practical foundation and a deep knowledge base that can’t be gained from behind a desk. For more than 20 years, Chad has served as the sole point of contact for clients, overseeing all aspects of plan design and coordination, fast-tracking permits and managing construction from start to finish. His expertise spans the successful completion of hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of buildings and millions of square feet, including extensive experience with pre-engineered metal buildings.

Chad’s commercial construction portfolio encompasses industrial facilities, retail spaces, restaurants, auto dealerships, offices, religious facilities and medical facilities. His proficiency in pre-engineered metal buildings and other metal building projects underscores his commitment to delivering high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective solutions tailored to client needs.

Caroline Lindler

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

With over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, Caroline has worked with publicly traded and privately held companies in industries such as construction, real estate, banking, agriculture and manufacturing. As Chief Financial Officer of Chapin Commercial Construction, she leverages expertise gained from managing her own CPA firm – becoming a subject matter expert on small business and construction accounting.

A Clemson University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Caroline began her career in Washington, D.C., where she obtained her CPA license and worked as an auditor for the federal government and a real estate investment trust (REIT). Now residing in Chapin, S.C., with her husband Chad and their two daughters, Caroline remains actively involved in her community, serving in leadership roles at St. Jacobs Lutheran Church. When not working, the family enjoys farming, hunting, fishing and managing their property.

More than 8 acres of land near Lake Murray just outside Chapin will be developed into a mixed-use commercial project, as residents of the community rally against other developments in the area.
