Chapin Commercial Construction is a family-owned and -operated licensed general contracting company with more than 20 years of experience in the building industry. The company, located in Chapin, South Carolina, specializes in commercial construction services across a wide range of industries throughout South Carolina, North Carolina and Tennessee.

Chapin Commercial Construction is the most reviewed commercial construction company in South Carolina, and through its quality work has helped spur the growth of its clients and the region through new construction of restaurants, retail centers, automotive facilities, offices, industrial buildings, religious structures and athletic facilities.

President Chad Lindler founded the company with his wife Caroline as Chief Financial Officer eight years ago, following Chad’s two-decade career in the construction industry and Caroline’s career in finance and accounting.
